5 Best Everyday Exercises for Facial Muscles

Hey Everyone!

Do you want to keep your facial skin all toned and firm? Okay! Are you ready to spend 7 minutes a day? Is that a yes! There you go!

Regular facial muscles exercise can boost up and improve the appearance of your skin! I started doing this exercise from last week and enjoyed doing it. It relaxes your tightened facial muscles just in minutes.  Following are simple exercise helps you maintain healthy skin, before doing the exercise keep yourself calm, I prefer doing this in evening or when you feeling relaxed at office or home!

1. Eyes
Open and close your eyes rapidly for 15 counts. Do this 2 to 3 times. Then slowly press your each side of head with your fingers at the temples. This helps you to relax and improve the blood circulation around.

2. Forehead
Gently put your eyebrows to together or frown as much as possible, now try to open your eyes wide. Repeat the procedure 5 times.

3. Cheeks
Relax your facial muscles and wear a smile. Now gently suck your cheeks onto your teeth and hold the position for 5 counts. Then release the cheeks. You can repeat this exercise for 5 to 3 times.

4. Lips
Hold the lips together and raise it slowly towards your nose. Now keep on the position for 10 counts. Repeat the exercise for 5 times.

5. Neck and Throat
Move or tilt your head back and look at the ceiling. Now purse your lips together and do a chewing movement for 10 counts. Now you can feel the muscle in your throat exercise! Repeat this for twice.
