My Take on Himalaya Herbals Purifying Neem Foaming Face Wash:

Face wash comes in a transparent bottle with white dispenser pump on the top. The packaging is really good and the pump on top is real tight not leaky etc, so the bottle is travel friendly. Face wash is in super green color which smells full of neem, it’s in water consistency and the texture is foam!

I had used Himalaya neem face wash sometime back for pimple reduction and it worked good. But sad fact is, it leaves face dry and stretchy. So I switched to foaming face wash!

I bought this green liquid bottle a month back and I would use when I spot baby pimples. It does reduce the redness caused by pimples and 60% effective on acne. This variant of neem face wash doesn’t give any dry or stretchy skin. It does cleanse and purifies skin. Leaves face naturally clean and glow. It really helps fair in acne reduction but I’m sure for intense acne condition skin. It helps to prevent skin from breaking out and reduce the heat bumps along the redness caused.

If you find using Himalaya non-foaming one dry, you can try this foaming variant. It is good for normal/oily/combinational skin. Dry skin or very dry skin people may find the face wash quite drying, but moisturizer can take care of it. No worries.

The only problem with the face wash is it ends quite soon. I used this bottle for 10 to 15 days, as you can see just 30% remaining!

GOOD about Himalaya Neem Foaming Face Wash:
  • Cleanses and purifies skin well
  • Doesn’t leave skin dry or stretchy
  • Prevents pimples/breakouts to an extent
  • Makes skin smooth and soft
  • Best neem face wash for oily/combinational skin
  • Adds natural glow to skin

NOT-SO-GOOD about Himalaya Neem Foaming Face Wash:
  • Not much suitable for Dry skin/very dry skin
  • Not very effective for heavy break outs
  • Prevents acne to an extent only
