L’Oreal Paris Smooth Intense Smoothing Conditioner Review

I have changed like 3 to 4 conditioners last year. When I felt my hair ends are too dry and frizzy I bought L’Oreal ParisSmooth Intense Smoothing Conditioner.

Price: Rs.80 for 90g

Claims:
Contains argan oil and silk protein
For unmanageable dry hair
Transforms unruly hair to smooth manageable hair
The crème formula nourishes and smoothes your hair from root to tip making it looks more smooth and manageable
48hr protection, the formula shields your hair from the effects of humid or dry weather, like unruly, unmanageable hair

My Take on the Product:

L’Oreal Paris Smooth Intense SmoothingConditioner comes in attractive gold color sleek tube packaging. The sleek tube is very travel friendly and cap is sturdy. The conditioner has very creamy texture and thick consistency, the color is between pale to golden yellow. It has mild fragrance, personally I feel its bit strong.

I concentrated this conditioner on my hair ends mostly than to whole length of my hair and leave it for minute or two and then washed well. The fragrance lingers for few minutes around and conditioner leaves hair soft and manageable. The crème formula spreads easily on hair, nourishes well and makes hair very smooth by adding little bit of shine. The smoothness retains in my hair for 48 hours as claimed and the conditioner didn’t weigh down my hair. It controlled frizz for 2 days maximum and keeps my hair ends frizz-free on regular usage. I cannot comment about hair fall because I used this conditioner on hair ends only. The product best suits for dry/very dry hair and thus summer is approaching in full fledged, the conditioner might suit all hair types.

Pros:
  • Suits very well for dry/ very dry hair
  • Smoothes out hair well
  • Nourishes the hair ends and adds shine
  • Controls frizz for 48 hours
  • Makes hair soft and manageable
  • Mild fragrance
  • Easily available and affordable

Cons:
  • Fragrance might be strong for some
  • Not a best option for normal to oily hair
  • Doesn’t work on hair breakage/damage problems

Rating: 4/5
