Review | Tangle Teezer

Claims: An innovative tool that painlessly and easily removes tangles and knots as it works through wet or dry hair. The Original Detangling Hairbrush features a patented teeth formation that bends and flexes throughout the hair without locking into tangles. It minimizes hair breakage and cuticle damage while adding shine. Use in the shower to brush through conditioning treatments or after hair is dry for pain-free detangling. Great for use on all hair types, it is ergonomically designed to fit snugly in your palm for creative styling and easy handling.

My Thoughts: First off, Tangle Teezer is expensive, but I was so curious to try it out! I bought a hot pink Tangle Teezer at the Sephora store near me. Second, the packaging is cute and super compact, thus makes it very travel friendly. The brush head has a detachable cap/cover bottom to protect the bristles.

My hair is very fine, straight. Compared to my normal hair brush, I see less hair strands with Tangle Teezer. I was amazed! This never happened! There is no snagging or breakage, the tangle Teezer goes effectively through my hair so I rarely get knots or tangles.

The Tangle Teezer bristles are gentle on scalp. My hair feels soft and less tangled these days what a relief! I also tried the tangle teezer on wet hair. It leaves hair with no tangles or knots, anyhoo it’s designed for wet hair too.

Overall with Tangle Teezer the work is so much better! I’m quite happy I decided it try it out finally! It helps with hair loss while detangling, and keeps hair soft & manageable. It comes in compact size with bristle cover, that’s fab! Yay! The tangle Teezer designed to work with wet hair, so no worries. I wish it comes with traditional brush shape like with a handle. The packaging is too slippery sometimes. And the brush is expensive at $15.
